Who we are

What we collect, and why
We only collect information you give us directly through the contact form: your name, email address, the service you're interested in, and the message you write. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote — never for marketing, profiling, or sale to third parties.
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions. Turnstile may collect technical signals (browser fingerprint, IP address) for that single purpose.
How we store it
Form submissions are delivered by email to our Google Workspace inbox via Cloudflare's MailChannels relay. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We do not use a CRM or mailing list.
How long we keep it
Inquiry emails are retained for as long as your booking is open plus a reasonable follow-up period (typically up to 24 months). You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing info@djmatthewbee.com.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, approximate location, device type) — but only if you accept via the cookie banner. Until you accept, no analytics cookies are set and no identifying data is stored (Google Consent Mode with all storage denied). You can decline in the banner, and you can clear your choice at any time by deleting this site's data in your browser.
Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie for security purposes (e.g. to mitigate abuse). Embedded Mixcloud players on certain pages may set their own cookies if you press play.
Your rights under the GDPR
As an EU resident you have the right to access, correct, port, or erase any personal data we hold about you, and to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. Email us at info@djmatthewbee.com to exercise any of these rights — we'll respond within 30 days.
